Its beams cut through fog to let the coast be known
It welcomes those adrift right back to their home

Lighthouse, keeper of hopes and dreams
But inside a reaper screams
Behind its glow, the shadows hide
Within its walls, two worlds collide

In the lighthouse, it is claimed
There's a lonely place where the darkhouse reigned
Two solitude places by the sea
Yet one and the same, how can that be?

Light and shadows, in balance, race
A tale as old as time and space
The light and dark house, both prison and key
Not a homey place to drink tea

For the darkhouse is a lighthouse
And it's home to glow and shadows
And the keeper is the reaper within
Now it's time for the merge to begin
