Jordyn-Rae Morrison (born 7 January 1997), known professionally as The-F0X or Luna.Ilta, is an Australian artist that NeonWabbit met in college in 2015, and is the designer of some of his Studio RGB-Newt flagship characters including Flye (initially co-designed by Hioshiru), Ink, and Nyah, among others.

She currently creates art and animations based around Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop role-playing games such as Vampire: The Masquerade. Previously, she created characters in her own original fantasy universes, and was active in the early-2010s DeviantArt scene selling adoptables of her original species, including messengers, depth demons, and wicker demons.
As of April 2023, her YouTube channel has over 86.4K subscribers, and her videos have garnered over 9.9 million views.
