LuckyCessy
LuckyCessy (born c. November 4, year unknown[citation needed]), also known as Cess, is a Filipino artist who did the initial design of multiple Studio RGB-Newt characters and species, as well as helping co-design some characters based on pre-existing designs owned by NeonWabbit, such as Flye and Frie's children, Frye and Lilfrie. All the NeonWabbit characters she had some role in creating or designing are listed below.
