Redgreen ChimeraCam is a photography application developed by Studio RGB-Newt for Android mobile devices, as part of the Redgreen Software Suite managed by Team Redgreen.
It allows users to create stop-motion films by capturing images frame-by-frame with onion skin (the ability to see the previous photo transparently on top of the viewfinder / camera preview), apply optional real-time filters, shaders, and other camera effects, enhance the captured frames with custom text, stickers, and drawing overlays, edit a movie together using a non-linear editor, import dialogue / music / sound effects and other audio files, and then finally export finished projects to video formats like .mp4 and .webm, or animated .gifs.
The app is released for free, without ads, and doesn't lock any features behind a paywall.
